Refund Policy

1. Refund application conditions:
Within 30 days from the date you receive the goods, if the goods are in their original condition (unused, undamaged, complete accessories, with original packaging and labels), you have the right to apply for a refund. Customized goods, special-priced goods (except those clearly marked as refundable) and opened goods that affect secondary sales are generally not subject to the unconditional refund policy, but if there are quality problems with the goods, you can still apply for a refund.

For the wrong delivery, missing delivery or quality problems of the goods caused by us, you can apply for a refund or exchange whenever you find them.

2. Refund application process:
Please submit a refund application to us by sending an email to contact@lienthelp24h.com within the period that meets the refund conditions. Please be sure to include your order number, purchase information, refund reason and your contact information in the email.

After we receive the application, we will contact you within 1 working day to confirm the refund. If you are required to provide relevant photos or videos to prove the problem of the product, please actively cooperate in providing them.

After confirming that your application meets the refund conditions, we will provide you with a return address. Please send the goods back to the specified address. The return shipping costs are usually borne by you, but if the problem with the goods is caused by us, we will bear the return costs.

3. Refund review and processing:
After receiving your returned goods, we will inspect the goods. If the goods meet the refund conditions, we will complete the refund review within 1-2 working days.

After the review is passed, we will refund according to your original payment method. For orders paid by credit card/debit card, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-10 working days; for orders paid by third-party payment platforms (such as PayPal, etc.), the refund will be returned to your third-party payment account within 3-7 working days; the refund time for other payment methods may vary, and the specific time is subject to the actual arrival time.
